In case of cancellation, return or replacement of the products, the buyer is obliged to report a justified complaint, electronically via e-mail martialko@martialko.mk.
The buyer has the right to complain in the following cases: -the products have damage that occurred during transport, -a delivery of products that were not ordered has been made, -a delivery of products with an expired expiration date has been made.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer should inspect it, check whether the delivered product corresponds to the order and, in the presence of the delivery person, determine that the products are in good condition. If the shipment is defective, the buyer should complain at the same time as receiving the shipment.
MARTI ALKO does not replace products after receipt of the shipment, products that are not in the original packaging or have been used. A product that is unused, unpacked, can be returned within 2 days from the day of ordering and it can be replaced with another suitable product.
MARTI ALКO reserves the right to change its cancellation, return or replacement policy for products.
