The delivery of our products is carried out by a delivery service. Before the shipment is delivered, the delivery person is obliged to contact you on the provided phone number to inform you of the delivery and to agree on the time and place of delivery. The delivery of the shipment is carried out every working day, with the exception of public holidays and non-working days. For orders up to 1499 denars, the delivery surcharge is 150 denars. For orders of 1500 denars and more, the delivery is free of charge. If the recipient of the shipment is not available to receive the shipment, it will be returned to the delivery office where it can be picked up within 15 days from the date of ordering. If the person has a request for redistribution of the same shipment, he is obliged to pay the same service to the delivery person himself. The price for redistribution is 150 denars. In the event of a return of products at the request of the customer, the delivery is the responsibility of the customer. The delivery service for our products is available only in the Republic of North Macedonia.
